“Evolution” electric Pantograph Door for Motor Boats and Yachts.

The patented hinges and a special non-deformable sealing gasket ensure that the “Evolution” electric Pantograph Door is perfectly watertight over time.

Can be installed in just 20 minutes.

The motor is already installed on the door frame, so no preparation, space or support are necessary to house it.

The motor dimensions are very compact, so it can be positioned next to the door in areas hidden by coverings, furniture or other elements, leaving walkways free.

The motor can absorb considerable stresses, eliminating potential problems for particularly sloping or heavy doors.

No manual setting is required since electronic software and a self-learning system allow a full range of adjustments, including setting the opening/closing limit switches and alignment of the door with the flank of the boat.

The door can be positioned in any area of the craft.

It is completely safe, even in the presence of obstacles: the person detection sensor and the anti-crush system are always activated, so the door reopens automatically.

It is always possible to control the door manually, even in the event of a power failure.

The aluminium frame and the reinforced laminated fibreglass door guarantee high resistance with reduced weight (average door weight 22/25 kg).

It is possible to check whether the door is open or closed from the pilot bridge.

Both the internal and external colours of the door can be customised on request.

  1. ELECTRIC OPERATION
  2. MOTOR IS PREASSEMBLED ON THE DOOR-FRAME SO NO EXTRA SPACE IS REQUIRED
  3. ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE MEANS NO MANUAL ADJUSTMENT IS NEEDED
  4. IN THE PRESENCE OF OBSTACLES, THE ANTI-CRUSH SYSTEM IS ACTIVATED
  5. OCCUPIES MINIMUM SPACE IN THE WALKWAY
  6. MANUAL OPERATION IN THE EVENT OF A POWER FAILURE
  7. DIMENSIONS AND COLOURS CAN BE CUSTOMISED ON REQUEST

Types of frames and space required to open door.

The frame stop is on the outside of the boat, so when the door is closed, an aluminium trim of about 30 mm is visible, painted the same colour as the gelcoat.
The frame stop is hidden inside the inner boat perimeter, so when the door is closed it is completely invisible. This solution creates continuity between the structure and the door.
The frame is completely contained within the door space without any door stop, so is completely invisible from the outside. This solution ensures continuity between the boat and the door and also means the frame can be fitted even if there are minor differences between the frame and the structure.
