AIRLOCK PANTOGRAPH DOOR
Equipped with a high-strength, cut-resistant silicone inflatable seal, this door ensures an impeccable watertight seal, closing any assembly gaps and providing total protection against water infiltration. The inflatable seal technology is manually or automatically activated by a compressor that maintains constant pressure at the set value, ensuring maximum safety and reliability in all conditions.
Such as all pantograph doors, Airlock is custom-made in moldings and dimensions to perfectly match the side of the boat.
It is fully electric, 24V DC power supplied and simply managed by a very intuitive push-button control for quick and easy operation.
In case of blackout or power failure the functioning and watertightness of the door is always guaranteed since the seal can be inflated manually with a simple pump. Airlock door is also a real innovation in terms of energy efficiency and economic savings:
- Reduction of heat and cooling loss, maintaining a comfortable environment on board and improving energy consumption.
- No need for manual adjustments; the seal adapts automatically, ensuring long-lasting watertight performance.
- Double gasket involved: the standard one for weathertightness in harbor or calm sea and the pneumatic gasket with the inflation kit to be activated separately.
TYPES OF FRAMES AND SPACE REQUIRED TO OPEN DOOR

The frame stop is on the outside of the boat, so when the door is closed, an aluminium trim of about 30 mm is visible, painted the same colour as the gelcoat.

The frame stop is hidden inside the inner boat perimeter, so when the door is closed it is completely invisible. This solution creates continuity between the structure and the door.

The frame is completely contained within the door space without any door stop, so is completely invisible from the outside. This solution ensures continuity between the boat and the door and also means the frame can be fitted even if there are minor differences between the frame and the structure.

MANUAL DOOR
N.B. The measurements in the drawing are given merely as an indication and depend on the type and shape of the door.
HANDLES

Standard die-cast aluminium handle, painted the same colour as the boat, length 245 mm.
Code 912.563/N

The handle is flush with the external door surface, so there are no obstacles in the walkway, especially when the door is completely open against the boat flank.

In 30 x 10 mm steel plate – length 260 mm
Code 912.666.

In ø 30 steel bar – length 260 mm
Code 912.664

In 30 x 10 mm steel plate – length 300 mm
Code 912.667
NON STANDARD DOORS

These handles are recommended when the doors exceed standard sizes or weights. The double levers and relevant supports can withstand high compression and torque loads.
OPTIONALS

This system indicates whether doors are open or closed: it is possible to check door status from the pilot bridge or any other location on the boat by simply checking the red or green light.
