TAILOR MADE APPROACH
“tailor-made” approach, providing customized solutions through a thorough analysis of the specific needs of customers.
MATERIAL SELECTION
Material selection is a distinctive feature of the production, employing the finest materials and advanced technologies to craft welding-free steel products, stainless steels with preserved luster, and aluminum and carbon products with top-notch performance.

Each product from Nemo combines technology, beauty, and performance, ensuring satisfaction for shipowners and nautical yards. The passion of our technicians, meticulous attention to detail, and active collaboration with major nautical yards confirm the nature of the products, designed for and with the customer.
IN HOUSE PROCESSING
At Nemo, we carry out a range of in-house mechanical processes to ensure top-quality production. Our capabilities include laser cutting department, where we precision-cut stainless steel 316L sheets, internal painting department that uses a wet-on-wet technique and in-house pressing operations, used for creating components such as portholes and door frame punchings.
The cleaning process involves mechanical treatment to remove impurities from stainless steel, which is crucial for maintaining high quality and durability. Following cleaning, we perform mechanical polishing to achieve a perfectly smooth and glossy finish through anthropomorphic polishing arms.
Additionally a salt spray chamber is used to test product resistance and durability and simulate years of marine wear in just a few days.
