Nemo have been producing marine doors
for more than 20 years by now.
All doors are custom-made, ready
for installation with very short assembly times (the new
"Evolution" model,thanks ti its built-in engine, takes
about 20 minutes to be installed).
The door structure is in laminated fiberglass internally
strengthened by bronze-aluminium plates. The
frame and various accessories are in aluminium 6061,
while other components are in stainless steel 316L. The
patented cycle painting and the insulation between
materials of different types ensure excellent protection
against saline corrosion; client can specify the colors,
both on the inside and outside.
Special pins ensure the correct pressure on an
innovative seal which will not be deformed over time,
making them exceptionally watertight
Doors’ weight, including frame, varies between 20 and 31

DOOR "EVOLUTION" (pantograph door with built-in electric engine)
Available with 3 different frames, in order to fit all possible
boat configurations, the new pantograph door "Evolution" has a
built-in 24 volts compact electric engine integrated in its
frame-door structure.
The new Nemo patented hooks and the automatic self tuning of
final positioning and alignment, operated by a special
auto-instructing software control, allow the complete
installation of the door in only 20 minutes.
A security system, always active, makes impossible to close the
door causing crushing problems to anything in the door operating
range.
Of course the door can be operated manually in case of electric
blackouts.
Last but not least, thanks to our very accurate painting tests,
we can grant that all custom colours you will choose will follow
the chromatic variations of the boat's gelcoat.

PANTOGRAPH
DOORS
We can produce all kind of pantograph manually or electric
operated doors with visible or hidden profile, with and without rabbet
(so that the assembly can be easily
ended, even when there are slight differences between the boat
and the door).
In the power operated version the calliper-type opening and
closing system is activated by push-buttons located on the door
frame and/or by pocket-sized remote control; the motor can be
placed either at the top or bottom of the door, and is available
with 24V power supply. The doors can be opened to the position
required, and when completely open allow easy passage. In the
hand operated version the excellent balancing of the levers and
the exceptional steel or aluminium handles, facilitate smooth
movement.

SLIDING DOORS
This design permits doors to be opened and closed through a
movement of translation, made it possible by runners and
trolleys on a closed spherical circuit, which are an integral
part of the door frame. This system facilitates the work of
installation and, at the same time, eliminates anaesthetic
details, as nothing is mounted on the sides of the boat. The
minimum encumbrance (just 8 cm), the particular seal, excellent
external-internal finish and contained weight, make this the
best product available on the market.

SAFETY ON BOARD
Nemo doors are above all synonymous with safety, the first
factor taken into account during their design, to ensure the
well-being of those on board. The external push-button, which
can be disactivated from inside, in the power operated version,
and the double-locking system, in the hand operated one, provide
additional security against intruders. Even in the case of a
blackout their movement is ensured by a manually activated
system, while the anti-crushing system blocks closure in case of
obstruction.
